Update: Here is a link from LastPass that enables you to check individual web site to find out if they’ve updated and if you need to update your passwords.

Also bear in mind that Heartbleed has been around for years, and you most likely haven’t noticed any issues with it. This doesn’t mean you shouldn’t change the passwords.
